1. Refund eligibility
You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase if:
- You are not satisfied with the service;
- You have not used a substantial amount of generation credits;
- The request is not related to abuse, fraud, violation of our Terms of Service, or misuse of the platform.
For subscription renewals, refund requests may be considered within 7 calendar days of the renewal date if there has been no significant usage after the renewal.
2. Used credits and generated content
AI image generation and editing consume computational resources. Credits that have already been used to generate, edit, or process images are generally non-refundable.
If your request involves a technical issue, failed generation, or duplicated charge, please contact us and we will review the case.
3. Non-refundable cases
Refunds may not be available in the following cases:
- You have used a substantial amount of credits;
- You changed your mind after using the service;
- Your account was suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service;
- The refund request is made outside the eligible refund period;
- The purchase was made for testing, abuse, or fraudulent purposes.

Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. You may also contact Paddle support through the order support link provided in your receipt email.
